Card Arena is pre-release software provided for testing. Features are incomplete, may change, and may be removed. Data you create may be reset. Do not rely on it as a system of record for anything you care about — keep your own record of what you own and what you paid.
Several features referred to in the interface are not active in this build, including the marketplace, payments, fantasy leagues, ranked play, leaderboards and live sports data. Where a feature is inactive it is hidden rather than shown in a broken state.
You need an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens under your account. Give accurate registration information. One person, one account.
We have not yet set a minimum age. That decision is open and will be reflected here when it is made.
Do not use Card Arena to break the law; misrepresent cards you do not own; upload images you do not have the right to upload; upload anything unlawful, abusive or obscene; attempt to access another user's data; probe, scrape or attack the service; or automate interaction with it.
Adding a card records your claim that you own it. It is not a verification of ownership, authenticity, condition or value, and nothing in the app should be read as one.
The verification feature records a request for review. Requesting a review does not verify anything, and the app says so where it is offered.
Card Arena does not grade, authenticate or appraise cards, and does not verify legal ownership.
You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display them back to you inside the app, including on-device recognition to identify the card.
Your card photographs are private to you (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
Practice is a local match against computer opponents. Online PvP is played against another person by direct challenge code.
There is no ranked ladder, rating, matchmaking, prize, reward, currency or progression system. Match results are recorded so you can see your own history. Outcomes are decided by our published rule set, which may change between versions; historical matches keep the rules they were played under.
There is nothing to buy. No payments are processed, no subscription exists, and no real money changes hands. The marketplace is not available in this build. If commerce is introduced it will come with its own terms, presented before any purchase.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including this beta, at any time and without notice. We do not promise any level of availability.
The application, its design and its code are ours. Trading cards, athlete names, team names and league marks are the property of their respective owners; nothing here grants you rights in them, and their appearance in the app does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Given §1, treat everything in it as provisional.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of a pre-release product.
You can stop using Card Arena at any time and can request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if the beta ends.
No published contact address exists yet, and none has been invented here. During the closed private beta, reach us through whoever invited you. A published address is required before the app is distributed outside this beta.
